Who's your favorite author? I'd have to say that mine is Stephen King or R L. Stine..

Most of those, I've never heard of. lol And most people now-a-days are just after the money. (And that's usually what ruins the work. ) What are their styles? (Like are they romance, horror, comedy?)

Yeah. C.S. Lewis was amazing. My favorite would have to be the mysterious Lemony Snicket... Hahaha. Which also translated into an AWESOME film. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemony_Snicket Just read the article, I've been keeping up with the mystery for many years, I have the newer books too, but haven't had a chance to read them yet. I need to go through and read whole series again. Yeah, definitely my favorite author.

I have his books too, but don't have anything past I believe his 11th book (Slippery Slope?). They were good books, but I felt that the dude kept coming back to easily. You knew it was him.

Yeah... Haha. They're aimed towards a little bit younger audience, but still an incredibly enjoyable series to read.
I need to re-read them again.

He didn't even come up with something like "The Endly Ending"? or something like that. I know Endly isn't a word but it's something.

Yeah I know... Kind of a kick to the face after all of the other books titles... Which was probably what he was aiming for... Hahaha.

Yeah, kind of a let down. Then again, he always said "stop reading this book". Now that got annoying.

To me, it was like "Hey I don't really want you to read so, PLEASE PUT TEH BOOK DOWN!" Really unnerving.

Haha. It was to discourage you from reading further, but you of course aren't going to listen, if anything, it made me wanna continue on... Haha.

Yes, but it drove me nuts. A couple of times, I almost did. And then there is of course the three page on the water cycle. That was BORING! *shakes head*

Hahahaha. Yeah... Sometimes authors get a little too descriptive... You could do what my grandma does at those parts though... And is skip over them... Haha. I personally don't like doing that though, I would feel as if I didn't complete the book... O.o
And I really gotta read this series again. Such awesome memories growing up with this series. It was one of the few, thicker books, I would absolutely BURN through. I love my old librarian for recommending them to me.

My fifth grade teacher would read them and that was at the time the movie came out, so we got to go watch it in theaters. Good times, but I really don't like to skip. What if he mentions it again? Then I wouldn't know because I missed it.
